LGBTQ friendly house- roommate wanted

I am an active, professional lesbian woman.

I keep a clean house. I’m Looking for two roommates, preferably women in the LGBTQ community. No smokers.

I intend on renting two guest bedrooms; one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom while the other bedroom is the larger of the two.

There will be only three permanent occupants in the home; each will have a bedroom and share all other common space.

Home is cleaned professionally every other week but all tenants are expected to keep their personal areas clean.

All occupants will share the living space, kitchen, parking space and yard.
