Private Basement (with own bath)

FOR ( 1) MATURE QUIET ADULT ONLY:
Private small basement space in safe row house includes a 100% private bathroom.
Shared full kitchen upstairs (but you can bring own refrigerator and microwave for your private basement.) Shared washer/dryer. At present it’s two refrigerators shared between three persons total.

Ceiling is low due to age of house and if you are over 6’ it’s not going to be comfortable.

Good light. Two windows. Cellar door private entrance optional. Or you may enter from front door or back kitchen door. It is a small basement but just refinished. Ceiling has soundproofing.

Two men of mature age living there now, hoping for a mature and quiet, clean & respectful housemate.

All utilities included. Laundry on main floor shared with 2 others.
Walk to multiple shopping and bus!
Outdoor security cameras 24/7.

Requirements:
Must be mature, quiet, NO SMOKING!
Deposit of 1 month rent.
No drugs/loud music/parties. Fixed income ok. You should have a verifiable rental history; plus we will verify income and short background check. Must be CLEAN, stable person. Must be respectful to others and be able to help clean & get along well with others (or pay cleaning fee). There are restrictions on number of nights for guests (8) days per month.

No credit needed.
Before we show it: Please send a message telling us about yourself, how you live, and what kind of a situation you need. Looking for a good fit with the two mature aged men already living there (mostly that’s communication, clean kitchen/common areas, respectful of others).
