Bedroom 12ft/13ft for rent in a Big Modern 3 Bedroom/ 3.5 bath house in Butchers hill, Close to Patterson park, Fells Point, and John Hopkins. You have a private room and private bathroom for yourself with a shared in unit washer and dryer, Internet and Utilities included in the cost. There's also a shared living room, kitchen space, and patio out back. Out front we have a smart package delivery box so you can have a secure way of getting packages delivered. We also have a full security system with cameras setup outside.

2, 22 year olds looking for another roommate in their early 20s. We're pretty nice and outgoing people and keep the place clean, always willing to work with people if theres an issue. We own the house so if there is ever an issue with anything In the house we will take care of it immediately. Also have a dog in the house that mainly stays on a separate floor when I'm not around so he's not ever in the way.
