The house has a central heating/AC and comes with a lovely outdoor deck.
Rent: $659 per month + $625 security deposit. Lease to be signed with a very responsive landlord. Background check required.
Utilities: Fast Wi-Fi, BGE, Water totaling ~$60-150 depending on the season
Happy to give away room furnishing ( bed, desk and chair, dresser, air filter) for a small fee. There’s also free street parking and an MTA bus stop 2 minutes away from the house.
