Canton Room For Rent

I am looking for a renter who is looking for at least a 1 year lease.

It is a private room with its own bathroom and closet. It is located in a great part of Canton within a block from Bmore Licks, Verde Pizza and Patterson Park. It’s a gorgeous street with friendly neighbors and is a great spot for anyone who is looking to live in a comfortable, mostly quiet community.

The house does come with an additional room which is currently being rented out by a nurse who primarily works night shift. My hope is to have someone share the home that understands some of the difficulties of being a night shift nurse such as sleeping schedule, varying work schedule, etc. A preferred candidate would be someone working in the medical field.

The house is a comfortable 2 bed 2 bath. For those who enjoy cooking at home the kitchen has ample space and a gas stove. The middle floor is hardwood and the upstairs available bedroom has new vinyl flooring. The house is currently furnished but if you don’t want the bed frame in the room it can be taken away (I recommend it cause it has storage space underneath). Regarding the living room the furniture is mine so I can leave it or if you would like to bring something in I am okay with getting rid of my stuff. We also have a basement for storage.

Rent is $1100 not including utilities (avg $160/month including wifi, water, gas, electric)
