Three bedroom house with two full baths. Porch front can be shared with tenants. Room rent includes Gas & Electric & water. Additional fees, if abuse use of utilities. Examples: leaving lights on, that you not using $10.00, Tv on and you left the house $15, lastly, leave front door, unlock $20 and you have left the house.. When fees go up on utilities down town, it will be an increase in rent. Allowed company, but not over night. There are some exceptions, with a fee of $40 fee. Landlord is on premises in a separate area with a wall & a door. All trash is to be taken out daily. Rules are on the wall.
