Three residents share spacious, fully furnished open kitchen, living, and dining rooms on first floor, plus laundry room in basement. House features include new kitchen and laundry appliances plus resident-controlled, energy-efficient central heat and air conditioning.

Third floor housemates are two men, one a Hopkins professor, the other a writer/artist. House is quiet, so rooms are great for a student, young professional, or creative.

High-speed WiFi, whole-house security system, and all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash) are included in the rent.

Application, first month's rent, and one month security deposit required for move-in.

Location near Johns Hopkins Hospital East Baltimore transit hub offers easy access to the Baltimore Metro, Charm City Circulator, city and suburban busses, and the Hopkins University Shuttle. A dedicated bike lane on Broadway is right outside our door.

On-street parking with a Baltimore City residential parking permit is plentiful. Optional off-street parking pad behind the house is available for an additional $100 per month.
