Residents share fully furnished kitchen, living, and dining rooms on first floor, plus laundry room in basement. House features up-to-date kitchen and laundry appliances plus resident-controlled central heat and air conditioning.

Third floor housemates are two men, one a Hopkins professor, the other a writer/artist. House is quiet, so rooms are great for students, young professionals, young couples, or creatives.

Rent includes high-speed WiFi, whole-house security system, and all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash).

Application, first month's rent, and one month security deposit required for move-in.

Location near Johns Hopkins Hospital East Baltimore transit hub offers easy access to dedicated bike lanes, Baltimore Metro, Charm City Circulator, city and suburban busses, and the Hopkins University Shuttle.

Optional off-street parking pad behind the house is available for an additional $100 per month.

Strictly no pets and no smoking.
