Included in rent is maid service once a month, internet, and all utilities except for BG&E, which I’ll pay up to 250 a month, after that you will need to cover 1/3 of the expense. Property is available September 15th.

Upon move in, I ask for first months rent and security deposit. Rent is 1150, security deposit is also 1150. If a shorter rental term is desired, I’m ok with that discussion.
