Beautiful and Spacious Room+Bathroom Available

Hello! I am seeking a roommate. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment that has one unfurnished room with a private en suite bathroom. The apartment itself is partially furnished (lounger, table, chairs, kitchen ware). The apartment also has a terrace, in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The building has a parking garage and gym and is a 5 minute walk from Johns Hopkins University and about 8 minutes to the Rotunda shops and grocery store. The lease ends July 26, and I am seeking a short-term roommate during this period. The rent includes utilities and is negotiable. I am a student at JHU and will likely be studying all summer.
