Basement Room available for Rent

I have a basement room for rent immediately. The space has a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, closet, and laundry (shared). Utilities and Internet costs are not included, however utilities cost can be negotiated. I would prefer a one year lease, but I am open to setting up a shorter term if that is what you want/require.
