I have rooms for rent (single occupancy only) starting at $550/month (utilities included) in this beautiful 6 br 3 ba house that is located in the Gwynn Oak area of Baltimore City. This is a 3 month lease with a month-to-month renewal. The security deposit of $550 is required prior to move-in. Also, your background/credit will be checked prior to move-in.
