Room is located in a trailer in Williams Estates. You have to be "Park Approved" in order to sign the lease, which mostly just includes passing a background check and credit check. Room includes access to own bathroom. Shared, furnished living room, sun room, patio, laundry room, and kitchen (pm if interested in pictures of those). I own a dog that is house trained and very friendly to people and most cats. I hike and work at a vet, so he spends an okay amount of time out of the house. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and right down the street from a drive-in theater and seafood restaurant. LGBT friendly. Driveway with spot to park, but also within walking distance to public transportation. Looking to lease out on the month-month basis, but open to a year lease in the future if it's a good fit and all, or if you're a student only looking for a place for a couple months and then looking to bounce, that's cool too as long as I get the heads up. Move in date is optimally June 1st.
