I have 1 bdrm available for immediate occupancy, all utilities included. There is a deposit but willing to work with the deposit. Central air so it's nice & cool inside. We have a nice size porch with Boho Hammock swings for relaxing & if you are a smoker just do it outside. We have a Pear Tree, Plum Tree, Apple Tree and Grape Vine. We have a nice Fire Pit in the backyard with extra storage space if needed. Shopping Center is in walking distance. Close to 43, 695 and 95. We have a long driveway on private property so plenty of parking space. We also have a ramp for easy wheelchair accessibility. All bdrms, bathroom and kitchen are on one level. We have Washer and Dryer with an extra bathroom in basement. My 16 yr old grandson, my husband & myself occupy the rooms upstairs in attic area so the whole downstairs is vacant. Huge L/R with lots of windows for natural sunlight. I am a retired RN, and Radiology Tech. I am CPR Certified and I have also worked with Dementia patients and in Mental Health as well.
