The Cats Meow

Beautiful single family home near Columbia mall and Merriweather Pavilion. Walking distant to Howard General Hospital and Howard Community College. Peaceful neighborhood and home. I have two very friendly cats. My available room is on the lower level, with separate bathroom. Shared laundry and family room is on that level. I have a beautiful kitchen that will be shared, along with a screened porch. I also have a nice backyard. There are 2 pools, within walking distance (CA membership or pay as you go). My room is currently unfurnished but will consider furnishing it. The room is a good size, with a normal size closet and has two windows, on the front of the house. I am looking for a mature, financially secure, responsible, respectful, clean and neat person. I am a easy going, fun person, with no drama. You must have good rental references, personal references, and good credit. There with be a credit and background check done, at your expense. Life is short, I only want serious, peaceful people in my home.
