Furnished Rooms in Finished Walk-out Basement

Private living/dining area, bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, and partial kitchen - yard, garage, entrances, and laundry area will be shared. I have cats on the premises that must be tolerated and respected. Heat/air conditioning, other utilities, FIOS internet and TV included.

I would prefer a mature female like myself, for reasons of compatibility only. I work shifts, and may be in various states of dress, activity, or sleep throughout the day.
