This sunny bedroom is for rent starting, August 1, 2024 . It is in a very nice sun filled 3 bedroom Townhouse situated in a safe, clean upscale housing development in North Bethesda walkable to tons of restaurants and shops. All bedrooms have private baths and this is a new modern townhouse fully furnished with nice linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen. This bedroom is on the 2nd floor and rents for $1,200 a month, which does not include utilities that generally run around $75 to$100 a month. There is also a monthly cleaning fee split between the tenants that is $50 a month. A cleaning lady comes once a month. There is a washer dryer in the Townhouse and free parking in the development where it’s situated. Parking is free in the street inside the development.

DESCRIPTION OF TENANTS WHO LIVE IN THE OTHER 2 BEDROOMS :
1. In the bedroom down a big hallway on same level as the one available in August, there is a young woman who works at a medical research non-profit walking distance from the Townhouse. She is British and travels a lot.
2. My son, Liam, who trains elite athletes at a gym in Virginia and his fiancé, Jess, who works in HR at a nearby insurance and also works part time as a coach at Marymount University coaching the girls wrestling team. Live on the top floor of the townhouse. It’s a fourth-floor suite that has its own living room, bedroom, private bath, and terrace. Liam and Jess are also very busy people and generally leave at 7 am/8am and come back at 8 pm. They are often working on the weekends too.

SURROUNDING AREA:
The townhouse is in a development that was designed to be a walkable community to the many stores and restaurants in the area. The Montgomery Mall is steps away from the development, The Wildwood Shopping Center is right up the street and the Pike and Rose shopping area is a five minute car ride. These are million dollar and up townhouses, solidly built with nice features. The Townhouse is also near several major hospitals and buses pick up in back of it that go to NIH and Walter Reed. Johns Hopkins Surgical Center also in back of the townhouse. The townhouse is also accessible to several major highways for commutes: 495, I-270 and more.

The room is great for a busy professional who commutes via car. There is also metro access via a bus that picks up in back of the townhouse.
