The apartment complex is Pet Friendly, Kitchen has a gas stove and oven, laundry in-unit, parking and water included in rent ($1104).
Room is large enough to fit a desk for those working remote. Utilities average $50-$70 per person depending on usage (electric, gas, internet).
Walking distance to NIH, metro stations, and downtown Bethesda. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and close to plenty of shopping centers, parks, and grocery stores.
About me: I am a 30 year occupational therapy assistant. During the week, I am mainly working and on weekends I enjoy a night out as much as a Netflix and wine on the couch. I love to read, go hiking with my dog, and enjoy working out. I am respectful, clean, and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and it has been great!
