Looking to move out of my room in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. I already moved out my belongings from the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. I still need to take my bed and a couple small pieces from other furniture I own. Those will be removed upon an acceptance of this offer. The other current tenant is a 23 y/o male who will not be moving out until the lease ends, 11/9/21. He is open to meet if you’d prefer to do so but he is not on this ad and has agreed to give me control of communication since I am moving out. The living room is furnished with furniture owned by the other current tenant but the bedroom is not furnished. I have all the info required to apply for this apartment complex from the leasing office. This is not a sublease offer.
