The common areas include a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a BBQ on the patio, a 52 inch smart tv, gigabit internet, and central AC and heating.
The master bedroom is over 100 square feet and includes two large double closets, a large private ensuite bathroom, and 2 large windows overlooking the woods behind the house. The bedroom is the only unfurnished room in the house. You will also have a designated parking spot in front of the house.
The rent is $1,200 per month, plus one third of internet and electric. The move in date is flexible, and can be rented out on a month to month or yearly basis.

About the roommates:
You would be living with Jose and Philip, and his loving type of dog Simba. Jose is a 25 year old McGill biology graduate who is currently working for a Biopharmaceutical company. Philip is a 26 year old software engineer working from home at a tech company. We’re both easy going and sociable and have a good balance of spending time with each other and friends and respecting each others space.
