2 rooms (can be a suite) with a shared bath

I have 2 great A-frame bedrooms at the top of a big house. The two bedrooms (120 sq ft each) share a bathroom in between with a shower but NOT a bath. The shower has a nice molded seat for an almost sauna-like experience. The bedrooms have shared access to the bathroom and a huge hall closet on the same floor and then they share the whole rest of the house, living room, kitchen, porch, patio and big back yard with me and my son. Some garage storage - not much. You can't smoke cigarettes.

This is a great house. A 2-3 person family upstairs is welcome.

We can walk to Twinbrook plaza in 20 and the metro in 35. Plenty of parking. Great neighbors. A basketball hoop in the driveway and two close parks. Great schools and a neat pub. Giant food 2 miles. Rockville pike .8 miles.

Utilities are like 90 a month. Internet but no cable TV.
