The rest of the unit is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, mini bar, mini fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. 12th floor unit with outdoor balcony and gorgeous view of the National Cathedral, Capitol Building and Rock Creek Park.
Building has amazing amenities: large pool, gym, entertainment center with flat screen TV and karaoke machine.
Located in downtown silver spring approximately 5 minutes from the red line, Marc train and buses down 16th st and Georgia Ave. All of downtown Silver Spring within walking distance: restaurants, indoor mall, movie theatre, Saturday farmers market, shops, nightlife.
Rent is $1250 a month including all utilities except internet, and also comes with a parking space.
Open to any gender but must be clean/tidy and dog friendly.
There is a $500 fee to move in as well as a $250 security deposit for the move that will be refunded as long as nothing is damaged.
