Very clean, organized and quiet. Plenty of parking in a great quiet neighborhood. There’s a standing desk for work from home, bed frame, chair, dresser, night stand and etc. Internet is fast and the house is well updated with many safety and security systems. All doors have a personal 4 digit PIN number to enter. Well organized, comfortable kitchen, entertainment center with Netflicks, Disney plus, HBO and an extra large deck to relax in during the summer. Established group house where members have lived for 4+ year. Utilities are for water, gas and electric split amount the house mates( roughly 60$). Internet and Lawncare is free.
