Fully furnished with Cable & WIFI included. Housekeeping services once a month in common areas included.
There is a NO PETS policy.

This is about a 15 - minute walk, to the Wheaton Metro. You can also catch the Ride-On Bus and the bus stop is 1 block away from the house. The bus ride to Wheaton Metro Station (red line) is 7 minutes. Connected to culture and dining, and offers the perfect park-like setting at the Wheaton Regional Park, Bike trails, Wheaton Mall, Shalom Kosher, 24-hour Safeway grocery store, Giant grocery store, Costco, Chipotle, JCPenny, Target, CVS Pharmacy, etc.
Your monthly rent is $2,200.00
SECURITY DEPOSIT IS $900.00. This amount is in addition to the first month's rent that is due at move-in. The Security Deposit is required to hold the room and refundable at your exit.
