Quiet Neighborhood

This is a two story home with young professionals currently living here. We are looking for a responsible, tidy roommate that fits in well. All utilities are included as well as washer/dryer, wifi and parking and all the other common areas like the kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor space. There is plenty of non-metered street parking. The nearest metro is New Carrollton, about a ten minute drive away. There is a bus that stops at the end of our road, that also goes to the metro station.
