Two bedrooms are available for rent.

Each bedroom is $750 per month, inclusive of utilities (electricity and water).

The master bedroom with a private bathroom is currently occupied by a young hearing lady, a flight agent. You will share the common spaces with her and whoever else rents a room. It will be three people sharing the common areas.

The house features a deck with a large backyard.

Additionally, two other women, one deaf and one hearing (ASL proficient), reside in the basement with two cats. They exclusively occupy the basement area.

Shared laundry facilities are downstairs.

Just a 5-minute walk to Capitol Heights Metro, this fully-furnished house offers kitchenware and housewares for shared spaces.

Please be aware: Due to one tenant’s allergy, dogs are not permitted.
