I am seeking a roommate for a gorgeous three bedroom townhome located in Landover, MD 7 minutes from the metro and DC. You will have your own private room and private bath, and have access to the in-home gym. With over sq ft. the home is very roomy and spacious (new build ). All appliances are brand new and utilities (internet, water, electricity) will be included, as well as a dresser and TV in the bedroom. The candidate must be pet-friendly as I have a small/older dog.
