Terms and conditions to live in peace and harmony:
You will have access to your own room. However, we will share the bathroom and kitchen.
You have to be a clean and organized person. You MUST wash your dishes after cooking and cleaning. You MUST keep and maintain a clean bathroom after using.
You must be a professional with a source of income. I do not welcome drama in the apartment.
No cooking late at night to avoid unpleasant surprises!!
Always MUST disclose if there will be an overnight guest. An overnight guest who stays for more than 3 nights per week will be considered a tenant and will therefore be obliged to share part of the utilities.
You must be a considerate and respectful roommate.
I am not looking for a couple. The roommate must be fluent in English.
