Seeking male roommate to rent a room in my brand new top level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Upper Marlboro.

Furnished room with 50 inch tv and Xfinity with most channels and also a firestick if preferred.

Shared bathroom (with one male tenant - very very clean) and use of washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, garage, gym, pool and community trails, etc.

Brand new furnishings including Queen bed (covered mattress with high quality topper, new pillows and bedding), dresser, chair, ottoman, washcloth/towel/rug set, toiletry caddy, laundry hamper, shoe rack and curtains.

Rent is $1000 per month with all utilities included (cable, internet and electric). NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. 1st months rent due upon move in and then on the 1st every month.

One time non-refundable amenity fee of $250 (covers furnishing, maintenance costs, housekeeping costs, paper products, trash, insurance, home security, etc.,,) Due at lease signing.

Front door and stairwell camera's for security.

Background check required.

There are 2 full flights of stairs to main level and one more to bedrooms. Very clean and neat home with a fruit and veggie garden on patio at your disposal. There is a family vibe here and I cook and bake occasionally, and you are welcome if interested. I handle all housekeeping and cleaning.
