Roommate wanted ASAP

Are you looking for an inexpensive room to rent? I am looking for a new roommate to move in no earlier than Monday!

2 bedroom apartment with in unit washer/dryer! Located right near Mt Pleasant High School.

Simple qualifications MUST be met:

*Must be willing and able to pay $500/month rent, I cover all utilities
*Must be cat friendly (you don't have to interact with them, just tolerate them and not be deathly allergic)
*Must be willing and able to keep up on helping out with the common area cleaning and keep everywhere in the apartment health hazards free
*Must not be too loud or throw parties (I am sensory avoidant autistic with PTSD)
*Must be willing to submit to a background check

**TWIN BED PROVIDED, CAN REPLACE WITH OWN BED IF DESIRED**
