About the roommates: My name is Chase and i am 31 years old. I have a 7 year old tabby that typically keeps to herself. I work in property management and residential construction. Alison is 32 and has a 3 year old cat as well. She is a behavior analyst. Mary is 28 and is a nursing student at Davenport. Everyone is friendly, clean and respectful.

Expected Chores/Duties: All exterior maintenance/ work will be done by me and you will not have to worry about that. I do a monthly deep clean of all common areas while the rest of us maintain the house and do a couple chores throughout the month. You are expected to clean up after yourselves in common areas. Not to leave dishes in the sink. Take the trash out when full. Start/empty the dishwasher as needed. Simple things like that.
