Looking for a roommate

I work and travel a lot. I work a ton of hours and keep very busy with work and family. Therefore, I am hardly at the house. The house is in a good neighborhood and street, conveniently walking distance from a shopping plaza and food establishments. I am kind, respectful, trustworthy, chill, understanding, fun person with a good sense of humor. I am very easy to get along with and talk to. Not looking for anyone with drama. Rent "always" has to be paid on time every month. Looking for a clean, organized, caring, helpful roommate. Security move-in deposit, lease, and utilities can be discussed in more detail later. Also, I'm open to adding or removing furniture as needed.
