*Looking for 2 (female) roommates to enjoy this clean, & peaceful space I call home in Harrison Township. The newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath condo is walking distance from the Harrison Township library, and is just a few miles from lake Saint Clair, metro park, DNR boat launch, restaurants, groceries, trails & much more. Feel free to soak up the privacy of your own room, or come hang out on the couch with the cats & read a book (animal lovers only please). Prefer the outdoors? Hang outside on the patio with views of the creek, wildlife, & herb garden.

Each roommate will have their own spacious room with a full closet. Bedrooms may be painted and decorated to appease your style with the approval from the landlord. 1/2 bathroom is currently occupied. The full bathroom’s XL sink with 3 jumbo drawers, and medicine cabinet is to be split between the two main floor roommates. The shower is the only part of that restroom to be shared between the 3 occupants.

Condo features a gas fireplace, loaded bookshelf, all the appliances & cookware you could imagine, WiFi, natural lighting, privacy blinds, a projector screen for movie nights, easy-to-use robot vacuum, first floor laundry, a coffee corner, garden, and your own parking spot.
