Hello! My name is Christian, and I am a 30 year old nursing student. I’m looking for a roommate to rent the spacious upstairs bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house in St. Clair Shores.
Details:
Rent: $650 per month
Utilities: Split between us (approximately $100/person per month for WiFi, electricity, and water)
Lease Start: Early August (though this is flexible)
About the House:
Fully furnished (except for your room; and an extra twin bed is available if needed)
Driveway parking
Large backyard
Appliances: gas stove, fridge, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washer and dryer
Access to basement for use/storage
Less than a mile from Kroger, Blossom Heath Park, Lake St. Clair; 2 miles from I-94

The room is spacious enough to accommodate a couple (utilities split three ways if so)
I go to school at Eastern and stay with my girlfriend in Ann Arbor for most of the week, so you’ll have the house to yourself during weekdays!
I have two very friendly cats, and if you would be willing to feed and keep an eye on them during the week, I could offer you $50/month off your rent.
Though she’s very friendly to people, one of my cats is not a fan of new cats, so unfortunately no new cats allowed ☹
