Ideal for someone considering the neighboring Rochester Hills, Washington Twp, Macomb, Utica, Auburn Hills areas, Warren, Sterling Heights, Troy, Clinton Twp.
Preferable lease term: 6 month - 12 month, $800/month + utilities split.
House is fully furnished with a 2 car garage.
I’m 31, an engineer at GM and have a hybrid work s structure. I love pets but allergic to cats.
I keep my place very tidy and organized, hoping to find someone who’s the same. 😊
I enjoy going out with friends, traveling, volleyball, anything outdoorsy, trying new breweries and restaurants.
