Large room/private bathroom

Large bedroom and your own private bathroom. I work from home and have two dogs, so no other pets and you must be an animal lover. Includes utilities, use of washer/dryer, access to kitchen and living room. You also get one parking spot that is not covered. Room has ceiling fan, large closet, queen bed, tall chest and dresser w/mirror and bedding. I?m very easygoing, but you must be clean and respectful. Living room has Netflix and Amazon prime video. There is a $25 fee for a background check which will be refunded upon approval AND lease signing.
