Wanted: Another female roomie

Hello! I am currently looking for another female roommate to live with us. I already have a very sweet girl age 25 living in one of the bedrooms and looking for another female roomie to rent other room. Both rooms are located next to each other up stairs.

Bedroom has a brand new window, a futon that drops into a small bed brand new dresser, computer desk with pink mesh chair accent lights as well.

I have helped out many with uncontrolled situations with girls relating to bad relationships, wanting to live on their own to someone who just wants a new start in life.

Ideal roommate: engaging, good conversations, watching a movie on occasion, help picking up, good natured. I would like renting with people who are friendly and want to make memories all together. friendship atmosphere. I’m just looking for that simple, easy adventure that comes with living with everyone in a shared home and at heart.

I am offering to rent to someone who wants the feeling of a home environment instead of a renting and feeling like strangers.

As for me, My bedroom is downstairs, two rooms that I am renting are located upstairs. I myself work long hours which I am gone from home overnight.

Looking for someone who will also help keep the place clean and make it their own home as well. Your welcome to the whole house! Main bath located downstairs brand new washer/dryer.
