Looking for a female to take over my room as I just bought a home! The house is near 8 mile for easy access to all freeways. Quiet neighborhood as well. Current lease is up in July but you have the option to renew and the landlord is timely. Not asking for an additional security deposit. Price is $500, which is half of the rent, plus half of the utilities.
