Female Roommate Needed

hi :) I am currently living in a house in the Farmington, MI area looking for a female to move in with me! You'll have your own bedroom with a decent sized closet, but we would share a bathroom. The kitchen and living/dining room would also be shared. I am currently working on furnishing the shared living areas, so you'll only have to bring bedroom furniture with you. There is a big yard with a bonfire pit, and a nice sized deck for outdoor entertaining and a 2-car attached garage. There is also a mud room with washer/dryer not pictured. I am hoping to have someone by July 2024, but there is flexibility to move earlier/later for the right person. I am a decently clean person in our shared areas, my bedroom can get a little cluttered when I am stressed. ;) I love to listen to music and watch movies/tv shows. I work at a church, so my workweek is Sunday-Thursday and am gone at least two evenings a week for work. I have the flexibility to work from home if I want but prefer to be in the office. I am easy to get along with, like to stay up late and struggle in the morning. I love to have people over but am respectful of giving a heads up and checking with my roommate first. *Pictures attached were taken by the homeowner before he moved out and I moved in.
