A room for rent in a great neighborhood

Hi, I?m Joe. I?m seeking a third person to live in my house in Madison Heights. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry, a fenced backyard and is in a good, safe neighborhood. There is also a ping pong table, pool table, dart board, and chess table.

Now, I won?t just choose anybody. A friend and I are also living here, and we each have a friendly dog. We?re 27, respectful, great company and responsible. So I want someone who can mesh well with us. I?d like for us to become friends since we will share a living space together. So I will be screening potential roommates myself, and upon my decision a lease will be signed to not only protect me but you as well.
