Upstairs Room in Royal Oak

The room is basically the entire upstairs of the house. It’s a very spacious room. It also includes attic space do you need additional storage (there are 2, I use the other). Shared bathroom. Living room and kitchen also free to use. Gig internet included. I’m the only person that lives here as of now. Im an engineer in the auto industry, a car guy and also enjoy breweries, CrossFit, and shooting. I also try to keep the house clean for the most part. Preferably looking for another young professional, clean, polite, that I can get along with.
