Hey guys! I’m looking for a roommate in my place in downtown Royal Oak. $728 a month, utilities included! Available March 1st or sooner!

Two bedroom, one bathroom. It’s a front unit in a three apartment house with private access and yard. Six month lease with opportunity to re-sign.

I’m 26 years old and prefer to room with a lady around my age. Some bit about me, I’m a barista and love spending my time outdoors, thrifting, and with my cat, Callie. Another cat or or small/service dog would be welcome! 😊
