Looking for a female roommate! Room is available immediately!
I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and looking to rent out the third bedroom.

- [ ] Open to additional pets (currently have one full size dog and one small dog. Both are hypoallergenic breads.)
- [ ] Bedroom can be furnished if you would like. (Queen bed & bed frame can be available)
- [ ] No smoking allowed
- [ ] Gas Stove, Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, and some small kitchen appliances are all available for use.
- [ ] Closet doors will be installed in the bedroom, waiting on the handyman at the moment.

A little about me: 29 years old, work full time in environmental industry (I do work from home when things arise in the afternoon/ evenings). I have a 1.5 year old BerneDoodle. Likes things clean and everything has a place.

Roommate #1: Mid 20’s female who works in education. She has a 4 year old Yorkie. You would be sharing a bathroom with her!
