The apartment complex is located on Ford Lake and conveniently located 10 minutes from Depot Town and is close to local trails.


I am a young working professional and dog owner. My dog is a large breed, very quiet, does not bark, is incredibly sweet and extremely well-trained. Ideally I am looking for someone without a dog (cat may be ok as my dog is used to the them), but would be open to a dog if it were a good match. I am looking for a housemate who is also a working professional/graduate student, respectful, and clean. I'm looking for someone to sign the lease as soon as possible. Move-in is August.
