The home is inclusive, welcoming all religions, races and genders. Current residents are 4 male, 2 female. All are students or young professionals.
Utilities and internet are included, and laundry is shared and available free of charge in the unfinished basement.
$550/m for month to month lease.
Proof of income equal to 3 times the monthly rent, security deposit and references are required.
Renters are also required to keep their personal bedroom clean, and share in the responsibility of household chores.
