Single Room in 4 bed house in Detroit

Hey everyone! I' m looking for someone to take over my lease at a shared house in Detroit' s Woodbridge neighborhood. Located a few minutes drive away from Wayne State and Midtown/Cass. Three other people live here (two males and one female) and they are all in their 20' s and either go to school or work full-time. They are all tidy and respectful, and ideally we are looking for another roommate within the same age range. I had a great experience living here but had to move for an internship.

The neighborhood is very safe and inclusive, with WSU police nearby. It' s right down the street from the Roost Coffee Shop and Pie-Sci, in addition to other cool local businesses.

The bedroom is located upstairs and has a walk-in closet. There' s a dresser and nightstand available for free if needed. Rent is $537.50 and utilities (internet, gas, electric) are split equally. Water and trash fees are covered by landlord.

In-unit washer and dryer available in basement. Kitchen includes updated dishwasher and fridge. Centralized heating and an AC is available if needed. Two full bathrooms in the house.
