Private room for rent

We are looking for someone to take over our lease because I need to move closer to my school. The bedroom is private and spacious (big enough for two people) with a walk in closet. There is also a decent size storage room off of the living room. There is one other person on the lease that plans on staying. The lease ends in November. The price includes my estimate of how much rent+utilities (electric/gas and water) are each month. The apartment complex allows pets and smoking but those would both have to be worked out with the other roommate. Please message if interested.
