Looking for 1-2 roommates near midtown detroit

I'm not currently living in the house, but my friend is the landlord and looking for tenants to move in come june or july - and I would really like to be one of them. It's a duplex on the first floor (you need to come up a few stairs), 3 bedrooms, lots of natural light and very spacious. Currently it's just me looking for roommates (1-2). Rent is $1200 per month + gas, electric, and internet (water is included in rent) if I can find 2 roommates then expenses would be less than listed here. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. I'm a nature lover (there's a big garden outside, and bees), enjoy yoga and athletic things, working freelance after college at art school, outgoing and also need my alone time to recharge, would love to get a pole to learn pole dancing on, am a pretty clean person, and love animals but have no pets and I have no allergies. Smoking inside the house isn't allowed, but you can outside - I don't personally smoke anything but don't have an issue with it, I do drink on occasion. I think that's all, would love to get in touch!
