[Looking for a female roommate only in this apartment share]

One large sunny furnished bedroom with a walk in closet is available in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Canton-Plymouth Area of Metro-Detroit.

Apartment is in a smoke free building, fully furnished with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Available parking and laundry on site.1 mile walk to beautiful downtown Plymouth, 2 miles from IKEA, with easy access to I-275. 25-30 minutes to Detroit, 19 minutes to Ann Arbor.

The Furnishings in the bedroom include a desk, chair, bed frame/mattress, and a night stand(as you see in the photo)

Rent: 550 plus utilities (always around 50 which includes electric and internet)

Lease term: The apartment lease ends in Oct. 31 2021. Ideally I would like to find a person who can stay for 6 months, but I’m still willing to work with you if you need to adjust timing or go month to month.

Deposit: None (if you agree not to put nails in the wall and not bring large pieces of furniture). Otherwise deposit will be $200.

-No couples or kids

-No pets

-Must pass background check of the apartment complex

-No overnight guests during pandemic and other guests must wear a mask in shared areas

A professional who works full time and often overtime, currently work from home due to pandemic. I’m very laid back and clean.
I’m not a very “fun” person, but would be happy to share a coffee chat or hang out a little during weekend.

Full time work/student, proof of income/student, must be responsible, clean, and Covid-19 cautious.
