Room for Rent in Westland

My husband and I own a house in Westland and live in the basement. We rent out two bedrooms upstairs and the third is an office. My husband and I have three cats and a dog, and our current tenant has one cat. We are looking for someone to rent the last bedroom in our house and doesn?t mind pets. We would like to find someone with good communication and is clean. It doesn?t matter to us whether you stay in your room or like to be out, but here?s a little bit about ourselves in case you want to socialize: We have parties on occasion (once or twice a year) and like to have friends over to hang out.
